Germany’s ‘Night Of The Trail’

Germany celebrates its best trail runners and most memorable moments not in endless podcasts or social media posts but in a live event called ‘Night Of The Trail’ in Munich, Bavaria put on by Germany’s (only?) Trail Magazin – a print-first publication.

The awards for Trailrunner of the year went to:

• Rosanna Buchauer
• Katharina Hartmuth
• Ida-Sophie Hegemann

For the women. And for the men:

• Hannes Namberger
• Lukas Ehrle
• Patrick Ehrenthaler

Clearly I need to catch up and get Lukas and Patrick on Singletrack soon!
