Speaking of Dynafit and of Suunto, one of their pro athlete Austrian Jakob Herrmann just smashed Kilian Jornet’s old world record of how many meters of vertical gain you can “skimo” in a 24 hour period:
With 24.242 vertical meters Austrian ski mountaineer Jakob Herrmann sensationally smashes the previous 24h record of @kilianjornet by more than 756 meters. With this outstanding performance he has redefined what human bodies are capable of and saved himself a spot in the history books of ski mountaineering.
