Little Backyard Adventure 2023 Gender Split

This was the fourth year that Rock Candy Running produced the Little Backyard Adventure race in Olympia, WA. Every year we’ve changed the format or the time of year around. And this year, for the first time, we moved it to a March date, which made it a winter race.

We had a total of 37 finishers at the race. 15 were women, or 41% of the total. This number dropped from 57% from last year and I don’t quite know why that is.
