TDS is the alternate, but harder BIG loop. Runners run not, quite but almost around Mont Blanc. Every year for UTMB week this race takes a heavy toll with a high DNF rate and (as of this writing) the final results for 2025 aren’t even posted yet. This year the race route was slightly altered to account for a strong weather system pulling ins as well as a previous landslide the race management had made consideration for.

Xueer Shang from China took third place and listed Sketchers as her sponsor on her UTMB profile. I have not been able to confirm this, but could this be that this was a first podium placement for Sketchers during UTMB week?

Update: Xueer Shang has been taken off the finisher list. According to my sources she had a significant navigational error resulting in her disqualification.
