UTMB Launches Mobility Platform

Planning your trip is an integral part of your preparation. To help you organize more easily and reduce your environmental impact, we have developed UTMB GO: a simple and practical platform that centralizes all possible transport options to get to the Mont-Blanc valley.

I’m linking here to their new subdomain for this service: UTMB GO. I mention this not just because I appreciate the effort they put into this. Last year we travelled on via public transportation from Berlin all the way to Chamonix – and it was great, once I figured out all the various stops and changes necessary.

Currently I am navigating the same conundrum as I am trying to get myself to Cortina d’Ampezzo for the Lavaredo Ultra Trail. The various ways one can get there are sort of mind numbing and confusing… Cortina is a lot more remote than Chamonix – as European Alpine town go.
