Ultra-Trail Snowdonia 2025 Results

Even before Ultra-Trail Snowdonia in Wales joined the UTMB World Series this events have had a reputation for offering races that are beautiful as they are brutal. Seemingly running in trails “on an island in Great Britain” doesn’t sound so hard, but these coastal mountains and marshes offer some of the most difficult trail running around. And gauging by finish times and DNF percentage maybe even tougher than UTMB itself. As a sad side note, word is that this event AGAIN ran out of water at key aid stations, which seems like such a dumb own goal and unforgivable event execution mistake that it feels outrages that this keeps happening at supposedly well-run and established events like this one. If I paid good money and had to DNF because I couldn’t rely on the most basic support I would be pissed.

  • ‌ERYRI 25K Starters: 590. DNF: 7 + Finishers: 583. Women 225 (39%), Men 358 (61%).

Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB saw a total 2,833 starters and 2,271 finishers. 508 (22%) women and 1,763 (78%) men reached the finish line and earned themselves their respective stones and an UTMB index (or directly punched their ticket to the Finals in Chamonix for 2025).
