This still fairly new UTMB event already draws incredible crowds each year. Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB in the beautiful Alsace region of France is perfectly placed on the World Series calendar offering Europeans a great location to get their stones while the mountains of the Alps are still covered in snow. Lots of Germans on the podium which really makes me wonder why there’s no UTMB event in Germany yet. I say this every year, but this race is VERY high on my list of events I will have to experience one day.

Trail Alsace Grand Est by UTMB saw a total 6,029 starters and 5,614 finishers. 1,318 (23%) women and 4,293 (76%) men reached the finish line and earned themselves their respective stones and an UTMB index (or directly punched their ticket to the Finals in Chamonix for 2025).
