For the first time UTMB takes their World Series to Pennsylvania for the inaugural Rothrock by UTMB event. Just two short (for UTMB standards races) and a small field of entrants signals a somewhat changed approach to race acquisition and management for UTMB here in the US.

  • 50K Starters: 343. DNF: 29 + Finishers: 314. Women 68 (22%), Men 246 (78%).
  • 25k Starters: 303. DNF: 47 + Finishers: 258. Women 97 (38%), Men 159 (62%).

The inaugural edition of the Rothrock by UTMB had only two races and a total 646 starters and 572 finishers. 165 (29%) women and 407 (71%) men reached the finish line and earned collectively 886 UTMB Stones.


After this very busy weekend for UTMB the World Series is heading to Austria for the mozart 100 in Fuschl am See outside Salzburg on 23rd May 2026.
