Eff me, I am exhausted, but we did it. And while I’m dazed from endless days without sleep my heart is exploding from what we just made happen. We brought the freaking Skyrunner World Series circuit to tiny Hoodsport and back to the US of A. It was a lot and there’s so much to process. To be able to write this brief race recap here on Electric Cable Car in the same fashion I’ve been posting trail race results from events like UTMB and Western States over the past years is quite emotional – to say the least. I’m typing this just hours after we cleared out the last boxes at Big Creek Campground, sitting at my Airbnb eating Cheetos and drinking sparkling wine.

But enough about me, let’s get to the actual results:

Eve Pannone from Great Britain took the win the women’s race. Morgan Elliot won his first major race on his home soil.
