Gap is Lazy, and Patagonia Sues

Last week, Patagonia filed a lawsuit against Gap, accusing the apparel company of copying its longstanding Snap-T fleece design. 

I saw Gap’s version in an ad and immediately recognized what they were trying to do… and are now not getting away with. Perhaps I should quickly buy one and sell it after the lawsuit on eBay?
