Trailhead Athlete Management, a pioneering new sports agency dedicated exclusively to the representation and management of elite trail runners, officially launched this fall. Founded by longtime industry expert and athlete advocate Nick Cornell, Trailhead aims to bring professional-grade support to one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic endurance sports.

As our sport continues to grow it’s becoming clearer and clearer that our sport needs professional attention in areas where we previously were just sort of dabbling along. Nick aims to step into one of this areas by providing athlete management services – read: being an agent to elite athletes and help them negotiate contracts and other sticky areas of their professional career.

Trailhead Athlete Management is seeking clients for the 2026 season and beyond. Services include contract negotiation, media and brand strategy, logistical support, and long-term career development.
