This week NeverSecond shared a post on Instagram with the following statement:
Of the 15 European performance nutrition brands that we surveyed recently, which are all being sold in the US, we found that approximately 70% of them were not labeled according to US regulation.
Initially I was going to share this post wondering about the “effectiveness” of a marketing strategy like that – especially during “Tahoe Week” where all the brands descend on Olympic Valley for a big bro-hug. Usually brands calling out their competitors have to walk a very fine line in order to not come across as douchebags. But, I don’t have to now, because NeverSecond realized the same and took the post down.
