Tailwind’s Sustainability Efforts

In a blog post shared on Earth Day Tailwind Nutrition highlights some of the efforts the company is undertaking to “do better for the planet”:

These measures may sound simple, but each one requires months (and sometimes years) of lab testing and trial and error to ensure flavor, shelf life and durability aren’t compromised by the packaging. But for the Tailwind team, it’s a labor of love.

When we think of a companies’ efforts to become more sustainable we often only think of the actual final end product, but there goes so much more into making and shipping a product to the end consumer the we don’t think about. It’s fascinating to think about and great to hear that Tailwind is not just thinking about it, but actually doing a lot behind the scenes, kudos!
