TDS Almost Sold Out Already

Update: TDS seems to be fully sold out now.

Remember last year? Back at the very end of March UTMB announced that there are still 83 bibs available for their TDS race in Chamonix. This year, it’s only January 20th and UTMB announced in an Instagram story that there are only 50 bibs left for TDS in 2025.

• Last year it took 5 days to sell these final 83 bibs.
• And further, runners selected in the (UTMB, CCC, OCC) lottery have until January 28th to complete their registration. For 2025 UTMB setup a waiting list¹ with an undisclosed number of runners on it that they will be notified when bibs become available as runners decline their entry.

If you want to race TDS in 2025 you better get on it, as it might sell out before event the entires from the waitlist are announced. And if you are on that waiting list and were hoping to make TDS your fallback race in case you’re not getting picked I think that bet might not work as I would assume TDS to be sold out before folks are being called from the waitlist. Decision time!

1 – This waiting list I mentioned seems to be new for 2025. I believe in 2024 and before UTMB just ran an entire second draw for the spots that opened up from runners declining their entry. I can’t find any announcement or more details on this other than what is being posted here.
